Magnetic rubbers and magnetic foils are made of flexible Thermoplastic, in which magnetisable strontium ferrite powder is incorporated. Any magnetisable surface is suitable as an adhesive surface. Both magnetic sheets and magnetic rubbers can be easily cut to the desired length or format.
The content, projects and services presented on this website merely represent a selection of our work. They serve as examples and do not provide a complete overview of our range of services.
One side is magnetic, the other side has a special shape such as a C-profile, a half-shell or an integrated groove.
Colour: white matt or white high gloss. Protective coating on the magnetic side to prevent damage to the adhesive surface. Resistant to salt water, sodium carbonate (2%), alcohol, ammonia solution (10%).

One side is magnetic, the other side is self-adhesive and can be stuck to all kinds of smooth and clean surfaces. The magnetic sheet can be easily cut to size with scissors or a cutter knife.

A thermoplastic synthetic material is Strontium ferrite powder and then calendered in continuous strips. The magnetic foil is then magnetised.
A distinction is made between isotropic and anisotropic magnetisation:
Isotropic means an arbitrary, i.e. non-preferred magnetisation.
Anisotropic has a preferred direction of magnetisation, which results in a higher adhesive force. An electromagnetic field is applied, which ensures the preferred direction in the material. Due to this additional work step, anisotropic magnetic foils are somewhat more expensive than isotropic ones.
| Different types | Magnetic foils and magnetic rubbers are available in different versions such as raw brown, semi-anisotropic, anisotropic and self-adhesive, each adapted to specific application requirements. |
|---|---|
| Manufacture | The manufacturing process for magnetic foil involves mixing thermoplastic with strontium ferrite powder, calendering in continuous strips and subsequent magnetisation, whereby a distinction is made between isotropic and anisotropic magnetisation. |
| Application | The areas of use range from everyday applications such as vehicle lettering and advertising boards to industrial uses in conveyor belts and AGVs and specialised applications such as magnetic C-profiles for warehouse labelling. |
A distinction is made between the following Types of magnetic foils:
Raw brown - magnetised magnetic sheet on one side.
Raw brown - magnetised magnetic sheet on both sides.
Semi-anisotropic magnetic sheet.
Anisotropic magnetic sheet.
Self-adhesive on one side, magnetised on the other.
Magnetic sheet with coloured and printable coatings.
Different types of magnetisation.
A distinction is made between the following Types of magnetic rubbers:
Multi-pole magnetised on one side.
Magnetised on both sides.
Axially magnetised.
Self-adhesive on one side, magnetised on the other.
Different widths.
Different heights.
bundles to different running metres.
