Special design of a NdFeB flat gripper with 2 or more poles and overmoulded with Santoprene.
-
Special design of an NdFeB flat pot magnet with an internal thread on the back and a milled key width for mounting on a threaded stud. The depth effect is greater with this magnet system than with a classic flat gripper. The rubberised holding surface protects the magnet from damage on the one hand and prevents unsightly scratches on painted component surfaces on the other. The rubber coating also has a shock and vibration-damping effect.

A flat gripper is a shielded magnetic system consisting of a metal pot with an inserted magnetic pill. The metal pot concentrates the magnetic field lines and thus increases the holding force of the inserted permanent magnet, enabling high holding forces to be achieved in a compact design. The permanent magnet is also protected against damage. Depending on the permanent magnet used, the operating temperature ranges from max. +80°C to max. +200°C.

Electro holding magnets
Round electromagnet with star pole pitch
Round electromagnet with star pole pitch
Round electromagnet with attached special pole plate. In this case, the special pole plate is designed with a star pole pitch.
Round electromagnet in standard version
Round electromagnet in standard version
round solenoid in 24VDC and in standard design.
Round electromagnet with standard pole shape and through-hole
Round electromagnet with standard pole shape and through-hole
round 24VDC electro holding magnet with through hole, e.g. to feed through an axis, or a push-off mechanism. A push-off mechanism, for example, can help to quickly detach thin, light and easily magnetisable metal parts from the magnet.
Rectangular electromagnet in standard pole shape with two outer poles and one inner pole
Rectangular electromagnet in standard pole shape with two outer poles and one inner pole
Rectangular solenoid in 24VDC with lateral cable outlet.
Electro holding solenoid rectangular with special pole shape
Electro holding solenoid rectangular with special pole shape
Rectangular solenoid in 24VDC in 2-pole design and sinusoidal special pole shape. One possible application would be the transport of particularly thin sheet metal parts.
Electro holding magnet with rounded holding surface as excavating magnet
Electro holding magnet with rounded holding surface as excavating magnet
The rounded holding surface makes this version of an electromagnet particularly suitable as a lifting magnet for magnetisable small parts such as screws or nails. Available in different diameters.
Electro holding magnet in rectangular design with 2-piece centre pole
Electro holding magnet in rectangular design with 2-piece centre pole
Example of a customised version of a rectangular electromagnet. The two-part centre pole and the special casting are worth mentioning as special features. Do you have a special requirement for a holding magnet? Talk to us, we will find a solution.
Round electromagnet, designed as a ring magnet
Round electromagnet, designed as a ring magnet
Example of a customised version of a round electromagnet. The ring-shaped design should be mentioned as a special feature. Do you have a special requirement for a holding magnet? Talk to us, we will find a solution.
